JERA Nex bp promotes an open environment and creating a culture in which employees are encouraged to speak up and raise concerns if they become aware of something unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with our Code and are comfortable doing so without fear of retaliation. JERA Nex bp has set up the following Speak up Portal and Policy through which employees and our business partners can report in complete confidentiality any concern, and reports can be made anonymously. The Speak up Policy outlines our commitment to fostering a robust Speak Up culture within our organisation.
